Anderson 3 is an extended family. I’ve been here 23 years and have seen many changes, but we’ve always been a close-knit community. All 3 of my kids are in or have been through the district because my wife and I believe it offers the best education anywhere in the Upstate. I’m happy to have A3 as my family and proud to work here.
Anderson 3 is a family – students, parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff. We challenge one another, encourage one another, and together strive to provide a place where students can grow and thrive.
I’m honored to call Anderson 3 my home. We’re a close-knit family whose only desire is giving our children our very best. It’s an absolute blessing to experience how our parents, teachers, administrators, and community members work together for the benefit of the precious children in our Flat Rock, Iva, and Starr communities.
I love working in ACSD3 because of the people who work alongside me. I feel that everyone truly loves our community, and works diligently to ensure our students receive the best education possible. I appreciate that innovative initiatives, such as our STEAM program, are fully supported by our district. This helps every child have an opportunity to realize their gifts and open their eyes to new goals and dreams.
The moment you are hired you have a vast amount of support. No worries as to whether the support will end it just doesn’t.
Anderson 3 is an excellent place to work. We have a community of servants, no matter what role they play in our buildings, that work tirelessly to teach and care for our children. There’s not another district in our state that is “all in” for their children like we are.
This is a rewarding place to work. We put a high standard on moving our students as far as we can go. It’s not always easy. You have to work hard. You have to put the time in, but it is very rewarding in the end when they walk across the stage as a senior.
